Buckley's Quill Mockorange

Developed at the Ottawa Research Station in Ontario, Canada. 'Frosty Morn' x 'Bouquet Blanc'. Fragrant double white flowers are 1" in diameter with up to 30 quill-like petals. COPF introduction.
